Sold production of fresh or chilled whole turkeys in France: Rise in 2017

In 2017 turkey sold production grew sharply by 47.88%, according to adjusted statistics issued by European Commission. Turkey sold production strongly went up by 13 371 432 Euro, contrarily to the previous year when it diminished by 0.95 percent. The overall changes for the prior 23 years reached a diminution of 71.36%. Likewise, it has attained the compound average annual growth rate of 0.07% during the five years with a negligible overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 53 848 628.7 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 144 194 288 Euro in 1995 and record low of 27 027 032 Euro in 2014.
