Export of fresh, preserved or cooked eggs from Botswana: Decrease in 2016

According to statistics released by United Nations Statistical Office, compared with 2015 eggs export slightly went down by 1.53%. The indicator hardly dropped from 1 111 kilogram in 2015 to 1 094 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it decreased by 92.45 percent. The overall changes for the prior 17 years hit a growth of 1 440.85%. Though, it has shown a negative CAGR of 0.62 percent over the 5 years with a slight overall increase since the 2000. It averaged 44 602 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 304 995 kilogram in 2010 and record low of 21 kilogram in 2003.
