Export of oats from Thailand: Rise in 2016

According to updated statistics presented by United Nations Statistical Office, the indicator went up sharply by 75% in 2016. Oats export climbed strongly from 4 US Dollar in 2015 to 7 US Dollar previous year, in contrast to the prior year when it diminished by 99.94%. Thailand saw a fall of 99.9% in oats export during the last 26 years. Besides, it has shown a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.26 percent over the five years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 5 314.38 US Dollar from 1991 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 31 382 US Dollar in 1997 and record low of 4 US Dollar in 2015.
