Export of chestnuts from Saudi Arabia: Growth in 2016

In 2016 the indicator greatly rose by 186.84 percent, refreshed figures from United Nations Statistical Office display. It shows the all-time maximum since 1991 as chestnuts export strongly went up by 71 000 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it fell by 36.67%. Saudi Arabia saw a growth of 136.1% in chestnuts export during the last 26 years. Besides, it has attained a 0.22% average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 27 197.73 kilogram from 1991 to 2016 and it reached its minimum of 2 312 kilogram in 1999.
