Refined oil products refinery output in Turkey rises in May 2018

According to data issued by JODI Data, the indicator grew by 7.58 percent compared to the previous month. Refined oil products production climbed from 488 thousand barrels per day to 525 thousand barrels per day, in contrast to the prior month when it diminished by 2.98 percent. When looking at 2017, it can be observed that the variable was growing by 0.85 percent and attained 714 thousand barrels per day in May. This highlights a -26.47% shift between May 2017 and the same month in 2018. The overall changes for the previous 16 years reached a drop of 5.68%. Likewise, the refined oil products production is now below average of 525.13 thousand barrels per day with a overall rise since the start of time series. It hit its all-time high of 721 thousand barrels per day in September 2017 and record low of 292 thousand barrels per day in February 2009.
