The indicator greatly climbed by 4 810 Euro, versus the previous year when it declined by 95 percent. The overall changes for the prior 14 years hit a drop of 93.46%. Likewise, it has had a negative average annual growth rate of 0.38 percent over the last five years with a marginal overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 135 768.57 Euro from 2003 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 370 830 Euro in 2004 and record low of 5 530 Euro in 2015.
