Import of sets of hand tools put up in sets for retail sale to Mongolia: Decrease in 2016

In 2016 construction equipment import declined by 21.88%, new numbers from United Nations Statistical Office show. Construction equipment import went down by 4 805 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it diminished by 37.49%. Mongolia saw a growth of 11.66% in construction equipment import over the past 17 years. Though, it has attained a drop at a 0.27% compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 16 093.59 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 62 018 kilogram in 2013 and record low of 6 336 kilogram in 2003.
