Sales of margarine and reduced and low fat spreads in United Kingdom goes up in 2016

According to new data published by European Commission, spreads sales negligibly went up by 0.67% in 2016. Spreads sales rose hardly by 493.57 thousand kilograms, versus the previous year when it diminished by 7.91 percent. United Kingdom saw a fall of 82.1% in spreads sales over the past 22 years. Moreover, it has attained a negative CAGR of 0.22 percent over the five years with a negligible overall decrease since the 1995. It averaged 240 407.17 thousand kilograms from 1995 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 422 219.31 thousand kilograms in 1998 and record low of 73 295.86 thousand kilograms in 2015.
