New vehicles registrations in Israel drops in 2017

According to refreshed figures released by OICA, the indicator barely declined by 2.76 percent in 2017. The variable decreased negligibly by 8 077, in contrast to the prior year when it increased by 12.49 percent. Israel saw a rise of 82.45% in vehicle registration over the past 13 years. Moreover, it has shown an increase at a 0.06 percent average annual growth rate during the five years with a negligible overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 218 801.77 from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 292 700 in 2016 and record low of 156 000 in 2006.
