Sales of quality wine and grape must with a protected designation of origin (pdo) in Denmark increases in 2016

According to figures presented by European Commission, wine sales went up by 15.45 percent compared to the previous year. The variable rose from 501.29 thousand liters to 578.74 thousand liters, contrarily to the prior year when it decreased by 2.03 percent. The overall changes for the previous 19 years reached a raise of 11 663.01%. As well as it has attained the compound annual growth rate of 0.02% during the 5 years with a modest overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 307.3 thousand liters from 1998 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 953.99 thousand liters in 2010 and record low of 4.92 thousand liters in 1998.
