Commercial vehicles in use in Yemen: Increase in 2017

OICA reported that in comparison to the previous year the indicator hardly climbed by 2.67 percent. Commercial vehicles in use rose barely from 412 thousand units to 423 thousand units, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 3%. It hit its 13-year maximum. Yemen saw a growth of 62.69% in commercial vehicles in use over the past 13 years. Likewise, it has had a 0.02% compound annual growth rate during the five years with a negligible overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 337.85 thousand units from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 260 thousand units in 2006.
