Stainless steel imports in United States: Drop in 2015

U.S. Geological Survey announced that in 2015 chromium import diminished by 6.36 percent. The indicator fell from 1 100 000 metric ton to 1 030 000 metric ton, in comparison with the prior year when it went up by 13.99 percent. The overall changes for the previous 18 years reached a growth of 19.49%. Compared to its average, the chromium import is now higher as the mean equals 847 500 metric ton and the variable displays a marginal overall raise since the start of observations. It attained its all-time high of 1 140 000 metric ton in 2012 and record low of 416 000 metric ton in 2009.
