Prime western grade zinc consumption in brass and bronze manufacturing in United States stays the same in 2015

Zinc consumption did not change compared to the prior year, according to refreshed numbers released by U.S. Geological Survey. The same as it has been for the last 3 year, the zinc consumption was 98 metric ton. United States saw a fall of 99.84% in zinc consumption during the last 8 years. Besides, it has shown a decrease at a 0.15% compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a modest overall drop since the 2008. It averaged 7 853.88 metric ton from 2008 to 2015 and it reached its maximum of 61 900 metric ton in 2008.
