Gas and diesel supply and demand balance in Mexico declines in June 2018

JODI Data reported that gas and diesel oil supply and demand balance negligibly fell by 1.54 percent compared to the previous month. The indicator barely diminished from -65 thousand tonnes to -64 thousand tonnes, as it follows the tendency of the prior month when it went down by 6 600 percent. The same month the year before, the variable dropped by -60.1 percent and reached -79 thousand tonnes. This illustrates a -18.99% shift between June 2017 and the same month in 2018. The overall changes for the previous 9 years hit a decrease of 170.33%. Likewise, the gas and diesel oil supply and demand balance is now lower than its average which equals 228.82 thousand tonnes with a moderate overall decline since the 2009. It attained its all-time high of 580 thousand tonnes in May 2014 and record low of -207 thousand tonnes in December 2017.
