Ferroniobium consumption in carbon manufacturing in United States: Stagnation in 2014

In comparison to the previous year the indicator didn't change, according to data released by U.S. Geological Survey. The ferroalloys consumption remained stable at 1 250 metric ton, for the 2nd consecutive year. The overall changes for the prior 13 years reached a raise of 77.3%. Though, it has shown a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.05% during the last five years with a negligible overall drop since the start of observations. It averaged 1 965.77 metric ton from 2002 to 2014 and it attained its all-time high of 4 170 metric ton in 2007 and record low of 705 metric ton in 2002.
