Naphtha import in Ecuador: Decrease in June 2018

According to updated statistics published by JODI Data, the variable decreased by 12.02 percent compared to May 2018. Naphtha import fell by 205 thousand barrels, contrarily to the prior month when it went up by 38.62%. June 2017, the indicator climbed by 3.69 percent and reached 1 350 thousand barrels. Year-on-year, this displays a 11.11 percent shift between June 2017 and the same month in 2018. The overall changes for the previous 9 years hit a rise of 79.21%. Likewise, the naphtha import is now greater than its average which equals 1 149.58 thousand barrels with a negligible overall increase since the 2009. It attained its all-time high of 1 767 thousand barrels in August 2017 and record low of 480 thousand barrels in June 2009.
