Sold production of margarine and reduced and low fat spreads in Croatia goes up in 2017

Spreads sold production climbed by 13.74% compared with the year before, new statistics from European Commission illustrate. The indicator increased by 2 232 479 Euro, in contrast to the previous year when it dropped by 7.42 percent. Croatia saw a drop of 16.24% in spreads sold production during the last 15 years. Furthermore, it has had a negative average annual growth rate of 0.04 percent during the last five years with a modest overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 21 196 075.4 Euro from 2003 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 26 310 504 Euro in 2012 and record low of 9 267 666 Euro in 2008.
