New vehicles registrations in Liberia falls in 2017

Vehicle registration greatly dropped by 78 percent in comparison with 2016, according to revised data announced by OICA. The variable sharply went down by 468, contrarily to the prior year when it went up by 50 percent. It's new all-time minimum since 2005. Liberia saw a decrease of 67% in vehicle registration during the last 13 years. As well as it has had a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.21 percent during the last five years with a moderate overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 397.85 from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its maximum of 600 in 2016.
