Flax yarn export sharply went up by 345.41 percent compared to the previous year, new statistics from European Commission pinpoint. The indicator greatly climbed by 55 300 Euro, contrarily to the prior year when it dropped by 83.03 percent. Croatia saw a raise of 2 215.26% in flax yarn export over the past 5 years. Moreover, it has had the compound annual growth rate of 0.87% over the last five years with a negligible overall increase since the 2013. It averaged 45 720 Euro from 2013 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 94 340 Euro in 2015 and record low of 3 080 Euro in 2013.
