Crude oil demand in China decreases in June 2018

Crude oil demand went down by 9.14% in comparison with May 2018, refreshed numbers from JODI Data present. Crude oil demand dropped from 395 689.91 thousand barrels to 359 507.16 thousand barrels, as it follows the tendency of the prior month when it diminished by 2.12 percent. The same month in 2017, the variable fell by -2.97 percent and attained 377 448.47 thousand barrels. Between June 2017 and the same month one year later, the statistics pinpoint a -4.75% change. The overall changes for the previous 16 years hit a growth of 191.63%. Compared to its average, the crude oil demand is now greater as the mean equals 251 990.56 thousand barrels with a modest overall raise since the 2002. It reached its all-time high of 404 239.69 thousand barrels in April 2018 and record low of 117 998.4 thousand barrels in February 2002.
