Cost of buildings completed of enterprises for real estate development in China stays the same in 2017

The indicator remained stable in comparison with the prior year, according to numbers presented by China National Statistical Office. The same as it has been for the last 2 year, the variable was 3 039 Yuan Renminbi per square meter. The overall changes for the previous 18 years reached an increase of 166.82%. Moreover, it has shown a raise at a 0.03 percent compound annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a marginal overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 2 016.86 Yuan Renminbi per square meter from 2000 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 3 054 Yuan Renminbi per square meter in 2015 and record low of 1 128.14 Yuan Renminbi per square meter in 2001.
