Re-export of flours, meals and pellets of fish for human consumption from Hong Kong decreases in 2017

Fish export diminished strongly by 91.22 percent in 2017, according to data issued by United Nations Statistical Office. Fish export sharply decreased by 2 475 389.39 US Dollar, versus the previous year when it rose by 17 482.08 percent. Hong Kong saw a growth of 72.64% in fish export during the last 25 years. However, it has attained a negative average annual growth rate of 0.35% during the 5 years with a slight overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 413 034.5 US Dollar from 1993 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 3 418 863 US Dollar in 2014 and record low of 1 604 US Dollar in 2000.
