New vehicles registrations in Portugal: Increase in 2017

In comparison to the previous year vehicle registration went up by 7.1 percent, according to figures issued by OICA. Vehicle registration climbed by 17 561, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 15.77%. The overall changes for the previous 13 years reached a drop of 4.87%. As well as it has shown a 0.16% compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 223 202.69 from 2005 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 278 470 in 2005 and record low of 113 435 in 2012.
