Electric vehicle registrations in Norway: Drop in Q1 of 2018

European Automobile Manufacturers' Association reported that electric vehicle registration declined by 15.79 percent compared with Q4 2017. Electric vehicle registration diminished from 19 217 to 16 182, in comparison with the previous quarter when it grew by 20.91 percent. When considering one year earlier, it can be reported that the variable was growing by 17.07 percent and noticed 13 489 number. When looking at the year-on-year picture, a 19.96% raise can be noted between Q1 2017 and Q1 2018. Norway saw a growth of 180.26% in electric vehicle registration over the past 4 years. As well as the electric vehicle registration is now above average of 10 372 with a negligible overall rise since the start of observations. It reached its all-time high of 19 217 in 4Q 2017 and record low of 4 076 in Q4 of 2014.
