Import of crude soyabean oil to India: Decline in 2017

Soyabean oil import fell by 29.16 percent in comparison to the previous year, according to figures issued by United Nations Statistical Office. Soyabean oil import declined by 878 553 472 US Dollar, contrarily to the prior year when it rose by 11.71 percent. India saw a growth of 2 583.02% in soyabean oil import over the past 30 years. Likewise, it has shown a 0.12% CAGR during the five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 667 028 490.07 US Dollar from 1988 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 3 012 701 952 US Dollar in 2016 and record low of 83 782 US Dollar in 1991.
