Export of sets of hand tools put up in sets for retail sale from New Zealand declines in 2016

Construction equipment export sharply went down by 42.06% in 2016, according to new figures published by United Nations Statistical Office. Construction equipment export dropped strongly from 27 610 kilogram in 2015 to 15 998 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 27.73 percent. The overall changes for the previous 19 years attained a raise of 26.31%. However, it has had a decline at a 0.19% compound average annual growth rate during the five years with a marginal overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 19 458.63 kilogram from 1998 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 60 292 kilogram in 2007 and record low of 4 870 kilogram in 2000.
