Import of non-refractory mortars and concretes to Costa Rica rises in 2016

In 2016 the indicator increased strongly by 52.66%, according to new figures issued by United Nations Statistical Office. Specialty chemicals import climbed sharply by 435 660 kilogram, contrarily to the prior year when it declined by 1.58%. The overall changes for the previous 23 years attained a rise of 2 523.56%. As well as it has shown a 0.16 percent compound average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a modest overall increase since the 1994. It averaged 600 006 kilogram from 1994 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 2 096 562 kilogram in 1996 and record low of 48 140 kilogram in 1994.
