Production of urea containing more than 45% by weight of nitrogen on the dry anhydrous product in Lithuania climbs in 2017

According to numbers issued by European Commission, urea production rose sharply by 33.24 percent compared to the previous year. It reached its 10-year peak as the indicator greatly went up by 83 842 224 kilogram, in comparison to the prior year when it went down by 14.4%. The overall changes for the previous 10 years attained a growth of 68.12%. Besides, it has shown a 0.11 percent average annual growth rate during the last five years with a marginal overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 252 933 574.4 kilogram from 2008 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 147 606 880 kilogram in 2010.
