Medical and diagnostic laboratories gross output in United States: Growth in 2017

According to new data released by U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, medical and diagnostic laboratories gross output hardly grew by 2.64 percent compared with the prior year. The indicator went up negligibly by 1 266 million US Dollars, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it increased by 2.74%. It attained its 21-year high. The overall changes for the prior 21 years reached a growth of 141.1%. Furthermore, it has shown an increase at a 0.02 percent compound average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a modest overall rise since the 1997. It averaged 37 013.76 million US Dollars from 1997 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 20 406 million US Dollars in 1997.
