Fuel oil consumption in construction in China climbs in 2015

The indicator rose by 20 percent compared with one year earlier, according to statistics presented by China National Statistical Office. Fuel oil consumption climbed by 8.92 ten thousand metric ton, contrarily to the previous year when it went down by 25.01 percent. China saw a raise of 220.23% in fuel oil consumption over the past 16 years. Moreover, it has shown a 0.12 percent average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a sharp overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 29.39 ten thousand metric ton from 2000 to 2015 and it reached its all-time high of 59.46 ten thousand metric ton in 2013 and record low of 14.18 ten thousand metric ton in 2005.
