Fuel oil demand in Portugal goes up in April 2018

The variable grew by 8.08% in comparison to the prior month, according to statistics announced by JODI Data. Fuel oil demand increased by 51.6 thousand barrels, as it follows the tendency of the previous month when it rose by 4.21 percent. The figures hit 748.2 thousand barrels in April 2017, which is a 2.65% fluctuation compared with March of the same year. Year-on-year, this shows a -7.76 percent shift between April 2017 and the same month the year after. The overall changes for the prior 16 years attained a fall of 78.03%. Moreover, the fuel oil demand is now below average of 1 209.7 thousand barrels with a slight overall decrease since the 2002. It reached its all-time high of 3 141.15 thousand barrels in January 2002 and record low of 464.4 thousand barrels in December 2014.
