Fuel oil demand in Belarus: Fall in March 2018

Fuel oil demand slightly went down by 2.84% in comparison to the previous month, adjusted data from JODI Data reveal. The indicator diminished negligibly by 4 thousand tonnes, versus the prior month when it increased by 2.17 percent. The same month the year before, the variable climbed by 2.22% and attained 46 thousand tonnes. When examining the year-on-year setting, a 197.83% growth can be noted between March 2017 and March of the year after. The overall changes for the previous 4 years reached a raise of 234.15%. Likewise, the fuel oil demand is now greater than its average which equals 52.8 thousand tonnes with a sharp overall increase since the start of time series. It hit its all-time high of 141 thousand tonnes in February 2018 and record low of 25 thousand tonnes in July 2014.
