Import of live pure-bred breeding horses to Peru: Drop in 2016
In comparison with the previous year horses import strongly diminished by 51.43%, adjusted figures from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. Horses import decreased greatly by 18, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went down by 28.57 percent. Peru saw an increase of 88.89% in horses import during the last 17 years. However, it has attained a decline at a 0.2 percent average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a moderate overall fall since the start of time series. It averaged 190.06 from 2000 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 2 024 in 2010 and record low of 9 in 2000.
