Peanut production in Japan does not change in 2017

According to refreshed data presented by U.S. Department of Agriculture, compared to the previous year peanut production hasn't changed. The same as it has been for the last 2 year, the variable remained stable at 20 thousand tonnes. Japan saw a decline of 82.61% in peanut production over the past 46 years. Besides, it has shown the compound annual growth rate of 0.01% during the last 5 years with a moderate overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 38.22 thousand tonnes from 1972 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 115 thousand tonnes in 1972 and record low of 16 thousand tonnes in 2010.
