Import of machinery for liquefying air or other gases to Ireland: Drop in 2017

According to numbers announced by European Commission, compared with the prior year industrial equipment import diminished sharply by 88.97%. The indicator decreased greatly from 19 305 260 Euro to 2 128 790 Euro, in comparison with the previous year when it went up by 513.18 percent. Ireland saw a raise of 542.32% in industrial equipment import during the last 23 years. However, it has attained a decline at a 0.14% compound annual growth rate over the last five years with a modest overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 2 515 908.26 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 19 305 260 Euro in 2016 and record low of 5 450 Euro in 1999.
