Lead in concentrates production in Brazil: Decline in 2014

U.S. Geological Survey published that in 2014 the indicator fell by 29.41%. The variable dropped by 5 000 metric ton, in contrast to the previous year when it climbed by 0.28%. Brazil saw a rise of 58.58% in lead production during the last 17 years. However, it has attained a drop at a 0.09% compound average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 15 169.24 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it attained its all-time high of 25 286 metric ton in 2008 and record low of 7 567 metric ton in 1998.
