Import of copper-zinc base alloy wire to Argentina goes down in 2017

According to data presented by United Nations Statistical Office, the variable diminished strongly by 31.74 percent compared with the prior year. The indicator sharply dropped from 331 293 kilogram to 226 155.02 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it went down by 27.07 percent. Argentina saw a decrease of 20.33% in copper import over the past 25 years. Besides, it has shown a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.06 percent over the last 5 years with a marginal overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 336 811.28 kilogram from 1993 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 647 912 kilogram in 1997 and record low of 183 591 kilogram in 2007.
